Today we planted some flowers and Skyler hung out on his blanket, sucking on it and his hands, while watching the leaves rustle in the wind! He loves to be where the action is!
Accomplishments: Skyler may have also found his thumb today. I don't know if I should list that as an accomplishment or not, haha! He has never been a fan of the binky...if it doesn't have food, he doesn't want it! However, he loves to suck on his hands. Lately he has been shoving all four fingers in his mouth and has gagged himself several times. But today, while Grandma G was watching him, she said he found his thumb!
Oh, and one other thing I wanted to list as an accomplishment is that Skyler has put himself to bed several times this past week. Gage and Carter didn't start doing that until they were about 6 months old. A few times this week I have had to put Skyler in his bed for a minute while I answered a quick phone call or helped the boys with something, and by the time I was finished and came back to get him, he was fast asleep! He seriously is such a good baby!
