4.3.11 - Day 28

This morning we woke up to about 6 inches of snow! Certainly not something we were expecting!
Skyler's been having a little bit of a hard time staying asleep once I lay him down. So today, I finally dared to lay him on his tummy and he slept so peacefully for 2 hours! I was close by the whole time, so when he turned his head I made sure his nose and mouth made it all the way to the other side and that he could breathe just fine. Letting him sleep this way freaks me out, and I only do it while he is napping during the day. However, it also leads me to think he might be developing reflux. We have already made an appointment with the GI Specialist that was a miracle for Carter, so hopefully we can see what it is that is making him scrunch his legs up and arch his back after he eats! Poor little guy!
But he sure is a doll, look at that sweet little face!
Finally, so content!
After conference was over, we went to Great Grandma H's house to celebrate her birthday! This was the first time Skyler met the rest of the extended family! He was asleep for most of it, but woke up just as we were leaving and had enough time for a picture with the birthday girl!
Accomplishments: Skyler has been sleeping for 4-5 hours at a time the last couple of days! Now, if I could just make myself fall asleep the same time he does, then I would also be getting that much sleep!

Oh that is so sad, I hope he doesn't have reflux... that was so hard on poor little Carter... and mom and dad :( but, his little face IS so adorable and he does look very content on his tummy!! I love that sweet little baby :)
